Shoes To Sandals
How many of us have heard that old saying, “April showers bring May flowers?” When I think about that saying I get excited because I know it means it’s almost time to wear my darling sandals and open-toe shoes! We are now in the 2nd week of April, so let’s get ready for the change in seasons and prepare for the change from shoes to sandals.
How many of you have had a recent pedicure? During the winter time or closed-toe shoe time, we might think “Why should I schedule a pedicure? No one is going to see my feet?” (Actually, winter really is a good time to allow your nails to breathe.) But now that we are nearing nicer weather and the time for wearing sandals/open-toe shoes is coming upon us quickly, it’s prime-time to prepare our feet for viewing….ya baby! Let’s get those toes looking good.
The “To Do” for the week is to schedule that Spa Pedicure; I know, I know…for a lot of you it’s your child’s soccer, baseball, softball season and you have no time, or it may feel like a chore to get your feet to the salon, right? Well, just remember “April Showers bring May flowers!” You owe it to yourself to be prepared. Don’t be the only one left with winter toes. You deserve some “YOU” time and your feet deserve a massage and a great spring color. You’ll be happy to see what a difference a pedicure makes and you’ll love looking down at those beautiful toes–and so will everyone else!
Tip: Maintain your feet with a pedicure once a month through the summer months.
Until next week, have a wonderful day.
