Stay Out Of Other People’s Dramas
One way to de-stress your life, and create a more attractive life, is to simply unplug from the high drama of other people’s lives. This doesn’t mean that you don’t care. It simply means that you don’t get sucked into the unnecessary craziness of it all. Keep out of the fire. If you jump in too, you’ll only fan the flames.
Some people in your world are going have a bad day today. Most are genuinely trying to make their day work and for whatever reason, today is not happening according to plan. And then there are those others. These are the people who could be much happier, but they’re simply are choosing a bad attitude. In either case, steer clear. Don’t let any upset around you get you down. No one can pull you down today without your consent today so resist the urge to jump into the muck and mess of other people’s lives.
It’s also okay to move away from toxic and negative people; you might even choose to walk away from people who don’t have your best interests at heart. You don’t have to cause a scene or pick a fight; simply begin to withdraw your time and attention away from those who drain your energy so you can move toward something more positive.
Coaching Tip: Stay out of commotion and crisis today. You can still care about people while you resist the temptation to hook into their drama.
Until Next Week!
Yours in Abundance,
Christen
