A Mindset Of Happiness

One of the most important keys to happiness is gratitude. Write daily about things that you’re grateful for. And don’t forget your own gifts, strengths, qualities and the meaningful things you accomplished today (particularly the ones that took extra effort or motivation). What about the healthy choices that you made, when an unhealthy choice would have been easier or more convenient?

Stay in the present and grab for the happiness that is present in your life each and every day.

Tap into a happiness mindset where you are incorporating happiness into your life daily, and move away from thinking, “I’ll be happy in the future when I’ve gotten what I want”.

Not all of us are ready for this message; we all grow at a different pace. But for those who are ready, happiness is very tangible and our positive motivation will attract positive people and events into our lives. Remember the universal Law of Attraction that states, “What you focus on expands.” If you focus on what’s lacking, the lack will expand. When you celebrate the happiness in your life right now, happiness will expand.

A happiness mindset attracts positive energy. As we reach the beginning of a new year, this new momentum will keep you moving forward to the life that you desire and deserve.

    This is a grand idea! I started with my gratitude journal this week and I am amazed. I always knew I was grateful for things in my life but it did not fully sink in until I wrote them down. I am very grateful indeed! Thank you for a wonderful article.
