Who Has Time? Pt 2

YOU DO…YOU REALLY DO

Two simple tips that can have huge impact on your personal NEW YEAR self care program.

  1. Get over your resistance to ASK FOR HELP and stop making excuses that help is not out there.
  2. When you ASK FOR HELP, you are giving others the opportunity to give so ASK and if they are honest they will only take on those things that they can. ASK until you get a yes…if the first five people say no; keep asking…ASK for help with planning, time management, child sitting, or anything you need help with so you can practice self care.

There is enough time to take care of yourself.
We are all given the same 24 hours in a day…

And we may need to shift things in order to fit exercise, healthy meals and proper rest into our schedule, and…
IT IS POSSIBLE.
