Shirlet Earnest is a Wellness Life Coach and Registered Occupational Therapist. She is certified through the International Sports and Science Association as a Fitness Therapist and the National Exercise Training Association as a group fitness instructor. She has a bachelors of Science with a minor in psychology and over 12 years as a Wellness expert. She is also a member of the International Association of Coaches.
She is the founder of Strike A Balance Life Design Inc, a service that seeks to get clients balanced by teaching the benefits of exercise, home and life organization, behavior modification and everyday balance of work, leisure and play. Shirlet uses her professional skills and training by engaging in therapeutic listening, job and activity analysis. She also assists the clients to self problem-solve, self-care and training to obtain a good quality of life.

Take the time to give yourself a gift without spending a cent.
Free your mind, explore new options and relinquish the emotional energy that drains you daily.
