Gwyneth
Anne Freedman, has more than fifteen
(15) years of professional work experience,
including various senior management
positions in Human Resources with large,
medium, and small, start-up level companies.
Her industry experience includes defense,
information technology, semiconductor
and internet security. She has also
experienced the adventure and challenges
of learning to live in a foreign culture.
Gwyneth Anne has worked with and is
sensitive to cultural diversity challenges.
Gwyneth Anne's coaching business
focuses on two main categories: corporate
employees, and sole proprietors. She
has coached support staff employees
seeking advancement within their companies,
as well as newly appointed supervisors
who are learning how to balance their
own workloads while developing their
leadership and coaching skills. At
the top of the corporate ladder, she
has coached executives wanting to
improve their leadership skills, learn
to more efficiently manage their time,
and develop and communicate their
corporate visions in a more compelling
manner. With technical staff she's
coached employees to develop their
communications and time management
skills. She has successfully coached
mid-level management clients who faced
challenges in their ability to move
from a departmental focus to a more
corporate wide, better integrated
vision of their company's goals and
objectives.
Gwyneth Anne graduated from UC Santa
Barbara with dual degrees in Psychology
and Sociology. She is a certified
Career and Diversity Trainer, and
is certified to teach Zenger-Miller's
Frontline Leadership program. She
is alsoskilled in martial arts, including
karate and tai chi and teaches classes
for the California Karate Academy
when not engaged in her coaching activities.

Lorraine
Calhoun is a professional coach who
loves to work with women in midlife
who are ready to take the action needed
to be successful at managing their lives
and to experience serenity in the midst
of change and transition. She holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational
Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University,
and is certified as a lymphedema therapist.
She is a graduate of Authentic Happiness
Coaching and Coach U, and she is a certified
instructor of Deepak Chopra’s
Creating Health and Kay Adams’
Journal To The Self.
Having worked many years as an Occupational
Therapist in pediatrics, home care
rehab and breast cancer rehab, she
has utilizes concepts of mind body
medicine to facilitate healing of
the whole person in her coaching.
With a love of holistic mind-body
medicine, Lorraine is especially interested
personally and professionally in learning
all the ways that we can take responsibility
to help ourselves increase our happiness
and well being.
Lorraine is married, lives in Doylestown,
PA with her husband and rabbit, and
has two adult daughters who live in
Philadelphia. Her interests include
organic gardening, small dinner parties
for friends, knitting, flower arranging,
reading, helping her elderly parents
remain independent, and long walks.

Susan’s
daily goal is to laugh, be present and
enjoy each moment without regret.
As a coach, Susan partners with women
entrepreneurs who want to enhance
their lives and grow their businesses.
She supports her clients to reach
success by creating clear strategies,
reducing stress, accomplishing more
and living in balance – they
gain balance without compromising
their career.
Susan’s coaching practice consists
of one-on-one coaching (phone coaching),
teleclasses (teleconferencing courses),
live seminars/workshops/keynotes and
a series of online e-courses and programs.
Susan graduated from Cornell University
with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Education and received a Master’s
Degree in Communication, Computing
and Technology in Education from Columbia
University’s Teachers College.
She received her coach training from
Coachville and CoachU, of which she
is a graduate. She grew up in New
York and moved to San Francisco in
1993 where she started to work for
the San Francisco Unified School District
as a Program Coordinator. In 2003,
she left her position as Vice President
of Operations for a commercial digital
photography studio in San Francisco
to start Susan Kim Coaching, LLC and
move to Maui in April of 2003.
Susan volunteers her time and expertise
in many ways. She has served as Area
Governor for Toastmasters International
on Maui, working with members of 4
clubs to improve and continue their
success. She is an active member of
the Valley Isle Chapter of BNI (Business
Network International), a professional
networking association. As a Cornell
Alumni Ambassador, she acts as a resource
for those interested in Cornell University.
Also, Susan is a business counselor
through SCORE and the SBDC (Small
Business Development Center) and holds
workshops at the Maui County Business
Resource Center. She supports various
other community organizations like
the Maui Orchid Society, the Maui
Humane Society and the Maui Writers
Foundation.
For two consecutive years, she was
honored as a nominee for the Maui
County Mayor’s Small Business
Award. She was recognized as a member
of the Class of 2006 for the Pacific
Business News Forty Under 40 Award
– an award given to young business
leaders of Hawaii. Recently she has
been honored by the SBA as Maui County’s
Home-Based Business Champion of the
Year.
Susan enjoys sports of all kinds,
particularly surfing and running.
On her spare time she enjoys spending
time with her family, which includes
her husband, a cockatiel (Phineas)
and a dog (Tia). She also likes graphic
design, crafts and photography. Personally
she is committed to life-long learning
and is currently experimenting with
her garden, sewing and training her
little Ridgeback mutt, Tia.
