Kristi
Arndt

Dr. Kristi Arndt is a living example of change. Having
learned that life doesn’t always turn out as expected,
Kristi knows that listening to and trusting herself
is the key to a wonderful life, full of amazing adventures
and exciting surprises. Through her coaching services,
Kristi helps others discover their own unique paths
to fulfilling lives. She also designs and facilitates
solution-oriented learning groups focused on specific
situations to enhance participants’ leadership,
communication, information seeking, reasoning, and problem-solving
abilities while supporting them to take whatever action
they deem necessary.
Kristi followed in her father’s footsteps to
become a veterinarian, intending to work in his small
animal practice until she recognized her authentic path
as a teacher and facilitator of change. Her professional
background includes fifteen years in secondary and higher
education where she was involved with program development
and curricular reform using innovative teaching methods,
especially problem-based learning. Kristi served as
director of Samford University's PBL Center and faculty
development coordinator for Mississippi State University
College of Veterinary Medicine’s PBL curriculum.
Needless to say, lifelong learning is a major theme
in Kristi’s life. She attained coach certification
through the International Association of Coaching and
completed coach training at CoachVille's Graduate School
of Coaching, founded by the late Thomas Leonard, a trailblazing
pioneer himself. A certified teacher and guide of the
“Living Your Design” course, Kristi coaches
others in using life strategies that are correct for
them. She received her Ph.D., Ed.M., and D.V.M. from
the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Joan Jesion
Joan Jesion is a Life Coach and owner of Just Love Your
Life Now! , something she does almost every day. She
loves to work with individuals who want to kick-start
their lives, to create the life they want now and to
stop waiting for that someday when “a magical
event will occur that will then allow them to pursue
what they want!” Reminding clients, there is no
“someday” on the calendar, she adopted the
tagline, “What are you waiting for?” She
has a Bachelor of Education from McGill University and
is a graduate of Coach U. Having been self-employed
most of her adult life has allowed her the freedom to
have a career on her own terms as well as work around
the needs of her younger son with special needs. She
spent 18 years in the direct selling industry not only
selling products but building, training and coaching
her teams to success. As rewarding as reaching her personal
success goals were, she eventually realized how much
more enjoyment and personal satisfaction she derived
from seeing her team members grow and succeed. It was
then that she decided to pursue coaching as a career.
She lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with her husband
of almost 30 years, two grown sons, and two small dogs
-- also male! She enjoys Toastmasters, cooking, reading,
golf, spa visits and those "girls' nights out."
While life is never free of challenges, she believes
a healthy personal foundation and clear intentions paired
with action are the keys to handling all life brings.
