Privacy Policy
We value your privacy, and will not sell or share your
information with outside parties.
Kim’s Coaching Club Membership
– You can cancel your membership at any time.
You must cancel your membership in writing, submitting
your request to us by the 5th of the month to receive
a refund for the current month. Cancellations received
after the 5th of the month will not result in a refund,
but will terminate future monthly payments. Refunds
are not made for concluded membership months, irrespective
of your participation in the month in question.
Individual Coaching Programs –
You can cancel your coaching program at any time, unless
your individual coaching contract states otherwise.
You must cancel your program in writing. At the time
of cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund of
the sessions you have not completed. Value of these
sessions will be determined by establishing an average
session cost, based on the total cost of the package
divided by the number of sessions within the package.
Refunds are not made for completed sessions.
Group Coaching Programs – You
can cancel your group coaching program in writing no
less than five business days before the start of the
program. Cancellations received within this timeframe
will be fully refunded. Cancellations received after
this timeframe will not be refunded, but will be issued
a credit (for unused sessions) which can be used on
a future group or one-on-one coaching program.
Products – Products are not
eligible for refunds.
Message Boards/Forum For your privacy, our forums are password protected.
In order to enter our message boards you will need to
login. Your username and password are the same as your
Free Community and/or Kim’s Coaching Club library
login. If you aren’t already a member of our Free
Community, join
